Activate the rescue task before touring the map

DenisDaily's roof location is different from a street-level store entrance, so inspect the stated elevation when that target is missing. Guest 417 is inside the Prison; do not turn a search for that target into another tour of the city. At each stop, follow the displayed interaction and confirm the task result before crossing the name off your checklist.
If the final objective has not completed, compare the game's rescue state with your five-name list. Revisit an uncertain interaction rather than assuming a new NPC exists somewhere else. These five documented targets supply a bounded search.
